Has developed a method of lino printing that allows her to work anywhere with a flat surface. Using water-based inks, first she prints onto fine, handmade paper (Thai mulberry paper or similar), then rubs the image through using the back of a spoon. This gives her greater control over the textures and tones in a print compared to using a press. Becca is heavily influenced by Anglo-Saxon and Medieval imagery and Japanese woodblock prints. As well as Art Nouveau, mid-20th Century book cover design and the natural world.
